packed with features. Many of these features are also
available in CardWare.
There are multiple ways to use the program, depending
on how much time you wish to spend customizing your
birthday greetings. You can simply enter the client
name and birth date, then click the Print Options
button. In addition to printing, you can email your
greeting. Not only does email save you the cost of
postage and supplies, it's nearly instantaneous--ideally
suited for last-minute remembrances. For a personal
touch, simply enter a message that you can print on
an individual greeting or a group of greetings processed
in a batch.

of the Past Professional has many features--but don't
feel overwhelmed. Remember that it's as easy as typing
a name and date, then printing. And the software is
loaded with useful tools. It puts a designer at your
fingertips for customizing the look and feel of print
templates. Using the designer, you can add pictures,
switch fonts, type text, and rearrange the layout.
The program also offers the timesaving option to import
names and addresses, email addresses, birth dates
and anniversary dates from Excel and other client
management programs.
To
keep content fresh, turn to the included Birthday
and Anniversary Milestones, which ensure that you'll
never have to send the same greeting twice. In some
situations, you may know the month and date of a birthday,
but not the year, you can still create a greeting
with Birthday Milestones. To help you make sure client
information is correct before printing, the software
includes tools for viewing and editing addresses,
names and more. There are several ways to preview
greetings before printing or emailing them, and the
database editors let you modify any of the 18 program
databases. If you don't like a particular item, you
can delete it and even add your own content. You can
also print mailing labels. And to help you stay on
top of your greeting deadlines, we've included birth
date reminders.
