With ClientBirthday, you can create a new greeting each year for the same client using milestones and templates. Milestones update the content, while templates change the visual design.
Follow the steps below to create fresh greetings year after year.
Step 1: Create your first greeting
Action: Go to the Greetings page and click Create Greeting.
- Keep the default milestone
- Choose a template
- Select delivery type (Email or PDF)
- Select your recipient
- Generate the greeting
If you selected PDF, download it to see the final result.
Step 2: Create a new greeting next year
The next year, you can create a new greeting for the same client in just a few clicks.
Action: Start a new greeting and change two things:
- Milestone — updates age-specific content and historical facts
- Template — changes the visual design (layout, colors, typography)
Select the same recipient and generate the greeting again.
You'll immediately see a new result with different content and design.
